i wish more people would bring up the ableism that correlates with the way the majority of people view addiction / addicts. i wish more people would bring up that not every addict out there is abusive. i wish more people would bring up that a Lot of addicts are mentally ill and / or traumatized and started using as a means to cope, or that a lot of addicts are also chronically ill, such as addicts that also have chronic pain, like myself
i wish more people would speak up on this stuff. nobody talks about it. i never see it. i know its a hard topic to talk about but its stuff that needs to be addressed
its almost as if non addicts dont want to address this stuff at all. yknow. speak up about ableism sure but the instant its ableism addressed at addicts its nothing worth noting
idk im not looking to debate this. at all. im speaking as a literal addict, a mentally ill + disabled addict, about my experiences, and i really really dont have the energy to debate nor do i want to because Avpd
hello! my name is quinndolyn harley! i am a 21 year old lesbian trans woman living in california with two of my girlfriends, and i need your help!
i just launched my patreon, where you can help me support myself and my girlfriends who live with me! i’ve recently started streaming and creating videos relatively often, and i want to do this more for you all! however, i can’t do this if i don’t have a house to live in… and right now i’m two months behind on rent and not having any luck finding work.
right now i have about $70 in my bank account, and i currently owe $900 in rent, and will soon be coming up on more costs for my surgery and facial hair removal.
anything you can give will help, and it would mean the world to me! if even half of my followers gave me $1 a month, i would be able to support myself completely independent of employment status!
if you can’t help personally, a reblog is more than enough.
thank you so much everyone! i couldn’t do this without you!
i have less than $20 to my name. please help me, i’m a mentally ill indian trans woman who is working as a student with an on-campus job, so money is pretty thin. i need money to afford my medications and blood tests. i’m sorry, but please donate or signal boost.
